How to make your skin feel better this Winter

Tips to help your skin feel better

This time of year can be tricky when it comes to your skin.  The harsher light means you may notice your complexion lacks moisture and firmness and the signs of aging, such a fine line lines are more visible, and the cold air is making  the skin look more pigmented, generally January can have a depressive affect on the skin – don’t you just want to hug down in front of the fire with a good book!

By the time you reach your 40’s, your skin would have lost  50% of natural hyaluronic acid reserves, meaning that skin start to look less plumped  and smooth.  This is the time to pay extra attention to your skin, maintain & keep to  a skincare routine (skin loves consistency) so choose a product(s) that have triple benefits:  hydrating, moisturising and clinically proven anti-aging benefits   – so choose products with the following ingredients that actively helps improve the skin  which will help your skin feel better such as:

  1. Glycerine, Hyaluronic Acid and Panthenol (Vitamin B5) – work as  humectants that actively retains water molecules to hydrate your skin giving impressive results  to the skin and keeps the skin plumped and hydrated.
